• Kitchen timings are fixed, meals will not be served outside given timings.

• Please carry your own swimwear, toiletries & towels.

• We do not have room services, consider this your home and help your self.

• Our staff is available in official hours for any assistance required.

• Every visitor on the property is responsible for themselves and their belongings. Management will not be responsible for any lost items, injuries or accidents.

• Plucking any plants, flowers, vegetables or fruits in the farm is strictly prohibited, the party responsible will be charged a fine by the management.

• ALCOHOL, NON-VEG and ANY ILLEGAL DRUGS are strictly prohibited on campus, if caught the responsible party will be held responsible for any legal actions that follow.

• Please use the dustbins and help us keep the campus clean. No spitting or throwing garbage in the farm.

• Jain preperation is accepted if requested at the time of booking.

Booking Policy

​

• 100 % payment required to confirm your booking minimum 48 hrs before your visit, this amount is NON REFUNDABLE. 

• AADHAR CARD or PASSPORT or PAN CARD verification mandatory at the time of booking. Age verification for children is compulsory to for discount rates to apply.

• We take payments only through our business bank account in the name 'Maazi maati farms agro tourism Kendra' & U.P.I. payment through our official mobile number 9922992984. We are not responsible for any payment requests made by imposters or digital scams. Please verify at our office for the payment method.

Cancellation & Refund

​

• Booking amout is NON REFUNDABLE. 50% amount refundable if cancelled 7 days before the booking date.

• For rooms & tents booking 100% payment is refundable if cancelled 7 days before the date of arrival. 

• Event or party ticket once sold is non refundable.

• No changes will be accepted after the final booking is done.

• We only collect personal data you submit in forms for services & promotions of Maazi Maati related event only.

• The data is shared with our internal team to give you a smooth experience in using our services. Data is never shared with any third party unrelated to our business or without your consent.

• We do not collect any cookies or save any login details without your consent.
