  1. Booking accepted minimum 48 hours before arrival.

  2. Adhar card photo required for children age 5-10 yrs old.

  3. Room or tent booking are extra chargeable.

  4. Carry your own swimwear for swimming, we do not provide any swimming costumes.​

  5. A fine will be charged for plucking any fruits, vegetables, flowers or other plantation.

  6. 50% booking amount is to be paid to confirm your booking. 100% advance payment required 48 hrs before arrival that is non refundable.

  7. Smoking, drinking or any illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on campus.

  8. This is a agrotourism project, we do not have room service or table service. Staff is available for help, please treat is like your home and help yourself.
